This notice describes information collected through the SyncTrix Advisors public website. The secure platform has separate account and service processes.
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, work email, optional phone and company, role, language and message you provide. We use that information to respond and manage your inquiry. Please do not submit Medicare numbers, dates of birth, medical information, passwords or client records.
Inquiries are stored in a private WordPress inbox and sent to our support mailbox through our email provider. Access is restricted to authorized site administrators. Hosting and email providers process the information needed to operate these services.
The public website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator sign-in. Links to the secure platform and external websites have their own privacy practices.
The site schedules removal of inquiry records older than 180 days. Related support email may remain while needed to handle your request. Contact support@synctrixadvisors.com to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information.
